Update all documentation to reference the latest MiniMax-M2.7 and
MiniMax-M2.7-highspeed models, replacing the previous M2.5 series.
Also updates the CLI backend section with the current API endpoint
(api.minimax.io) and platform URL.

integration tutorial (Chinese and English versions)
- Include API call example with OpenAI-compatible curl format
- Add switching guide showing how to migrate from DeepSeek to MiniMax
- Add MiniMax to the AI capability dictionary model listings
- Move standalone AI-related files into 8-artificial-intelligence directory
- Move development tools content into 2-development-tools directory
- Move server/backend content into 4-server-and-backend directory
- Create new index files for each section
- Update .gitignore to exclude old backup directories
- Update theme imports for new component locations
