fix: use GitHub raw URL for stories_image.png in all READMEs

Browse Source 
Replace relative paths with absolute GitHub raw URLs to ensure
images display correctly on GitHub for all language READMEs:
- README.md
- docs-readme/zh-CN/README.md
- docs-readme/zh-TW/README.md
- docs-readme/en-US/README.md
- docs-readme/ja-JP/README.md
